We respect and love the world of fire and smoke cooking.

Our goal is to bring our own take on the different techniques and cultures that embrace fire and smoke cooking.

Our products range from our Southern African Braai traditional handmade boerewors  hot dogs  to Low n Slow Southern American/Americana BBQ meats which can be served as Tacos using individually Hand Pressed Masa Corn Tortillas (GF) or Loaded Skin on Fries  (GF).

Whether it is Southern African, South American or Americana BBQ  they all have one thing in common they bring people together!!
